GLASTONBURY, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE) January 23, 2008--Open Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of integrated enabling technologies for financial services providers across the world, announced an international reseller partnership agreement with Hildebrando, a leading Mexican IT corporation with a strong presence in Spain that provides software development, systems integration, business intelligence and outsourcing services.
 

Under the current terms of the agreement, Hildebrando will have the ability as a reseller to provide Open Solutions' products within Mexico, Central America and Caribe [the Caribbean] and will sublicense Open Solutions' relational enterprise data processing solutions and integrated ancillary products. Hildebrando will be responsible for implementing, customizing, localizing and supporting the products covered by this agreement.
