IBM

Hildebrando built and currently manages a high performance development and testing center for IBM Global Services with over 200 software engineers. Hildebrando designed the center, furnished the facility and set up the infrastructure to host all the development and communications with the security elements required by IBM. Hildebrando then recruited a team of 200 high performance professionals with a high level of proficiency and capable to support IBM Global Services in its engagements with international clients that became operational in a very short time. IBM Global Services was extremely satisfied and continues expanding today its work agreement with Hildebrando Services

New York Life

Hildebrando is the principal provider of IT staffing solutions for the outsourcing center of New York Life in Mexico. The center integrates and updates New York Life applications including customer services and bill collection services. The center develops and implements Web applications that enhance the customer experience and increase retention. Hildebrando developed the system that integrates the collection process from three different systems into a unique solution, allowing the company to receive payments through additional channels like automatic charge to credit card and banking account as well as phone payment.

Microsoft

Hildebrando created for Microsoft a center with the mission to develop an advanced technology solution for online services. Hildebrando assembled for Microsoft a group of high level software engineers that worked with the MCS team to develop a gateway for government services using the latest Microsoft technology. Hildebrando gathered the best resources and provided the facilities and infrastructure to accomplish the project on time and budget.

Banorte

Banorte is one of the largest banks in Mexico, with over 1,400 branches around the country. As most of the big banks, Banorte has grown through mergers and acquisitions. In its most recent transaction, Banorte integrated Bancrecer. To integrate the IT platform of both banks, Banorte decided to adopt Altamira for its core banking, and to develop a new application to integrate all of its products in a single solution for its branches to operate. Hildebrando built and currently manages a center for Banorte dedicated to application development, customization and maintenance, supporting a large set of the banks' mission critical applications.
