The ramp-up plan includes specific testing and assessments to evaluate candidates? technical skills. Hildebrando is responsible of all logistics for training effort.

Facilities Build-Out Services

  • Temporary facilities

    Hildebrando can setup temporary facilities for client operations, thus enabling the client to start the nearshore operations as soon as the first group of associates is hired. Each work place is equipped with IP telephone, network and electricity outlets, furniture and fast and secure internet service. The temporary facilities have access control, reception in the entrance, training rooms, videoconference room and parking space.

  • Permanent Facilities

    Hildebrando and/or the client set up a Facilities team that will provide leadership in facilities selection, floor plan design and facilities build-out.
